What is Titanium Zinc Honeycomb Panel

Bolliya Titanium Zinc Honeycomb Panel is made with a Titanium zinc sheet as top skin and aluminium sheet as bottom skin, laminated to an aluminium honeycomb core by using two components PU glue, the titanium zinc is with a pre-weathered surface. We majorly use Rheinzink's zinc coil that is made in Germany. Zinc is an eco-friendly green product, that has excellent anti-corrosive property and self-healing property, long life-span is expected on zinc products.

Specifications of Titanium Zinc Honeycomb Panel:

Panel width: 700mm, 1000mm

Panel length: 2440mm or cut to size

Zinc skin thickness: 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1mm

Core: Aluminium honeycomb core alloy 3003

Panel thickness: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm or made to order

Shape of panel: flat panel, curved panel or pre-fabricated panel as per shop drawing

Finish: Pre-weathered Blue Grey, Pre-weathered Graphite grey

1. Titanium zinc honeycomb has all the decoration effect & features that solid titanium zinc panel have, such as self-healing property & long life span.

2. Titanium zinc honeycomb panel can be made into a bigger panel than solid titanium zinc panel, whilst keeps a much flat panel surface.

3. Titanium zinc honeycomb panel can be prefabricated as per shop drawings in our factory, and at job site workers just need to fix the cassettes on the the frames, it's easy and fast installation. 

Applications of Titanium Zinc Honeycomb Panel: 

Titanium zinc honeycomb panel is used for facade cladding, interior wall decoration, ceiling, whereas a natural zinc surface is needed while a super flat & high fire retardant property is needed.
