What is Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel?

Bolliya Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel is made with a stainless steel sheet as top skin and aluminium sheet or galvanized steel as bottom skin, laminated to an aluminium honeycomb core by using two components PU glue. The Stainless steel is with super flatness, high panel strength, lighter in weight but still keeps the original finish of stainless steel, any building or products that want to get an eye-catching look, stainless steel product is an ideal material.

Specifications of Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel:

Panel width: 1000mm, 1200mm

Panel length: 2440mm or cut to size

Stainless steel skin thickness: 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1mm

Core: Aluminium honeycomb core alloy 3003

Panel thickness: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm or made to order

Shape of panel: flat panel, curved panel or pre-fabricated panel as per shop drawing

Finish: Mirror, Hairline, Embossed Patterns, different types of PVD colors

1. Stainless steel honeycomb panel keeps the original look of what solid stainless steel has. It's shinny, eye-catching and with a very strong metallic look. Also with good property of anti-corrosion.

2. Stainless steel honeycomb panel is super flat, even for a big size panel. It won't have an oil canning panel surface like solid stainless steel has.

3. It complies with GB8624 standard to be fire retardant class A2, namely it's deemed as non combustible. Many countries have set up strict building codes for facade cladding materials to be A2 grade, thus stainless steel honeycomb panel can be a good option.

4. Stainless steel honeycomb panel is pre-fabricated as per customer's drawing in our factory, installer just need to hang the cassettes on to the frame as per the elevation drawing, so installation is quick and easy at job site.
