What is FR B1 Aluminium Composite Panel(ACP)?

Bolliya FR B1 Aluminium Composite Panel is a sandwich panel that is consisted of two sheet of aluminum bonded to a mineral filled fire retardant core. The FR B1 core is a mixture of fire retardant materials mixed with LDPE materials. The fire retardant material is majorly Mg(OH)2 or Al(OH)3, under heat it will react with oxygen and during this process it will absorb heat & release H2O which will greatly slow down the fire from spreading and more importantly it won't release toxic black smoke like flammable material does. So for buildings that use FR B1 ACP as decorative materials, in case of fire accident, the fire retardant property will helps to give me time for people inside the building to evacuate and reduce the casualty and loss to the minimum. The surface of FR B1 ACP is same like normal ACP, that is finished with PVDF, FEVE, PE or Anodic coating. In recent 10 years, quite a lot of big fires worldwide were pointing to the reason of using flammable decorative materials, thus it's very meaningful to use FR materials for this sake. 

What fire classification can Bolliya FR B1 Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) comply with?

Bolliya FR B1 Aluminium composite panel (fire retardant aluminium composite panel) complies with China GB8624 and Europe EN13501-1 to be classified as B-s1-d0, and BS476 part 6 & 7 to be classified as class O, France NF P 92-507 to be classified as M1, Australia AS1530.3 can pass, ASTM E84 classified as class A.
