What is A2 FR Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)?

Bolliya A2 FR Aluminium Composite Panel is sandwich panel that is made with a mineral filled fire retardant core, that contains more than 90% of non combustible material, and laminated to two sheets of aluminium. A2 FR Aluminium Composite Panel meets the highest noncombustible grade that composite material can reach at the moment. And Bolliya A2 FR Aluminium composite still keeps the other general properties that normal aluminium composite has, such as: different colors and finishes available, lighter comparing to same thickness of solid aluminium panel, easy fabrication and easy installation, good panel flatness.

What noncombustible grade can Bolliya A2 FR Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) reach?

The Bolliya A2 FR Aluminium composite can meet EN13501-1 standard to be classified as A2-s1-d0, and BS476 standard part 4, compliance with either of these two standards means the composite panel is deemed as Non Combustible. 

Basic information of A2 FR Aluminium Composite Panel:

Panel thickness: 3mm 4mm and 6mm (other thickness please consult us)

Aluminium skin thickness: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm

Alloy of aluminium skins: 1100, 3003, 5005 optional upon customer request

Core: Mineral filled fire retardant core, more than 90% mineral ingredients

Panel width: 1000mm, 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1575mm up to 2000mm

Panel length: 2440mm, 3200mm, 4880mm, 5800mm or others cut to size

Coating: PVDF coating, FEVE coating or Polyester Coating

Bolliya A2 FR Aluminium composite panel is available in many different colors and patterns, including special colors of wood pattern, stone pattern, corten steel look, copper patina look, bi-color etc. 

Why using Bolliya A2 FR Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)?

1. It's non combustible, it won't be ignited nor release any toxic smoke when there is fire accident. This would gives more time for people inside the building to evacuate from the building, it would reduce the numbers of wounded or casualties and minimize the economic loss.

2. It's lighter in weight when comparing to same thickness of aluminium solid panels. A 4mm thick FR A2 ACP is about 20% lighter than 4mm thick solid aluminium panel.

3. It's easy to fabricate A2 FR composite panel, just same way of fabrication and installation like normal composite panel. Most general CNC machines can cut, drill, groove the FR A2 ACP easily.

4. The surface is smooth and neat roller coating, color is consistent within same batch.
