Bolliya Dual Metal Titanium Zinc Aluminium Panel is composed of one titanium zinc sheet laminated to an substrate of aluminium sheet,bonded by adhesive film and laminated through a continuous thermal lamination process. It's a composite panel that is complete free of the LDPE core or FR core like the traditional composite panel.
Total Panel Thickness: From 1mm to 3mm. Recommended Thickness for facade cladding is 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm.
Top skin: 0.5mm or 0.7mm titanium zinc sheet.
Bottom skin: Aluminium sheet at required thickness to achieve the nominated total panel thickness.

1.Dual Metal Titanium Zinc Aluminium Panel is easier to fabricate at job site, just same like ACP. It can be cut, grooved and fold easily at job site, very flexible to work with.
2.Dual Metal Titanium Zinc Aluminium Panel is much cheaper (at around 40%)when comparing to solid titanium zinc panel.
3.Dual Metal Titanium Zinc Aluminium Panel has a better panel strength and flatness comparing to solid titanium zinc panel at the same thickness.
